Here are the instructions for securing your team block and booking your team rooms from your block.

Team cut-off for booking rooms is February 28th, 2012.

Please secure your block prior to this date to allow time for parents to book their rooms from the block.

• Please click on the above menu to view the list of hotels providing discounted blocks for this event.
  
• Click on "Secure Block & Book Rooms" above where you may view the number of available rooms for each hotel and request your team block.
  
• Upon receipt of your block request, HBC will set up your team block.  Book early to have the best chance of booking your first choice.
  

Once your block of rooms is set up we will supply the information for how to book individual rooms within your team block.  Below is that info as well.

• A booking link will be sent via your email that will allow your team to book your individual rooms within your private block securely via the internet.  
  There is no need to provide rooming lists.
  
• Each room you book will receive an email confirmation from HBC's reservation system to the email address provided for that room.
  
• You may modify your room reservation online before the cut-off date.  After the cut-off call us to make changes.  Do not call the hotel.
  

Once you have booked your rooms from the block:

• On the cut-off date, all rooming information will be forwarded to the hotel. The hotel will release any unbooked rooms after the cut-off date.
